   A driver from Wetton Cleaning Services behaved very aggressively on the road today. While I was stuck in traffic, he tried to force his way in front of my car. When I told him to go ahead no please or thank you , he responded by throwing a bottle at my car — not once, but twice — before traffice started moving he drove off. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and dangerous, especially from someone representing a company vehicle. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect and professionalism from someone driving with the company’s name clearly displayed.

   Their drivers keep blocking our drive in Walton on Thames. Despite our continued polite requests not to do it. Totally unacceptable behaviour, I guess the culture must be the same all over the company.

   Our Monday cleaner/caretaker has not been attending as scheduled. He only shows up every 2-3 months, as opposed to his set weekly schedule, and leaves our studio in unsatisfactory conditions. When questioned about this, he provided excuses and he refused to share his full name and contact details. There have also been false reports of attendance. We kindly ask that the company look into this immediately, as this is unacceptable and we are very disappointed with the service.

   Utterly despicable company. The 'helpdesk' are anything but helpful, to the point of being rude. The company lie through their teeth. They promise you one thing as part of a complaint process, then try to charge you for it and say this was never promised. A manager said I could call them personally in future if I had any problems, then the help desk tells me not to call the manager anymore. All I want is clean floors. Why is that so difficult?? I'm a vulnerable person, and this has caused me an unbelievable amount of stress. I should charge them for a private therapy session. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

   Definatly don't work for them I worked 7 months they didn't pay me a penny, I'm now struggling to keep on top of rent and living costs because of this agency, the ghosted me despite the numerous attempts I tried to get in touch with them....avoid at all costs

   This company doesn’t deserve a star in all honesty, I was part of the mobile team in a company van, the van was heavily damaged when they gave it to me, dirty still filled with items (not even to do with cleaning) that have just been left in there, they told me I’d be insured as long as I have a driving license I’d be fine but just before I started I double checked with my supervisor if I was indeed insured and they said I was insured under the company but 1 and a half weeks of working long days they said I wasn’t insured and I failed my probation because of their mixed communication and disorganisation They also promised a pay if £10.50 an hour but later they said it was actually £9.50 I had to travel roughly 50 minutes there and back out of my way to pick up a team member, just for them to do little to nothing when we got to the sites and I didn’t get paid for the extra time I was travelling even tho I was on shift and obligated to do it To summarise they are dishonest, disorganised and in all honesty disgusting to work for, PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT OR VALUE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

   I started working for this in January and because I took one day off even tho we let them know that we wouldn't be in on that day the said we failed our probation and they didn't file my paper work i had to message them to ask when im getting paid and Then tell me the night before I was meant to be paid and now I'm not getting paid until 5 days later or so they say I'm disgusted with this company even tho I was ill for a couple of days I showed up for work I wouldn't even give any stars to this company and have told everyone I know to say clear of this company now I'm unsure if they are going to pay me on the new day they gave me

   What an absolute discustting company these lot are. My mother has been working for these for over 7 years and very loyal to them. Always on time and never misses a day unless she’s I’ll. she was recenly took I’ll with covid and on deaths doors and all this company cares about was money. Refused to pay sick pay. Said they would keep track of her days. In other words she was lying. Vile company do not work for these and I hope they go under
