BPM carried out bird netting works for us ant CBRE on one of our client sites, over a large lagoon and delivered an excellent service from start to finish. The workmanship and overall quality of the installation were very high, and the team worked safely and professionally in challenging site conditions. Communication was clear from Barry and consistent throughout the project, with good coordination and a proactive approach to any site issues. The works were completed efficiently and to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending BPM and would happily work with them again on future projects.
We have used BPM as one of our preferred contractors on site for around four years, and they have been absolutely brilliant. They consistently support us with both small and large tasks that our onsite team is unable to take on. I first meet Barry at a hotel I worked at in South Kensington many years ago and have bought him and BPM as a primary window cleaning company with me wherever I go. Gave them a huge contract when I moved into the contract cleaning sector and asked them to abseil and reach and wash over 30 buildings in London in the space of a month (on top of their usual contracts) and all they completed it on time with glowing customer reviews. Now back in hotels I asked BPM to take over from the previous company who I had to chase regularly when they were clearly not completing the weekly window cleaning (still invoicing us for it..) and have not had a problem with them yet. Lesa is alwasys helpful and cheerful on the phone and as a whole so easy to communicate with. I can and highly recommend using BPM for window and general property maintenance.
BPM have held contracts at both our hotels for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Extremely professional whether the work involves window cleaning, abseiling or extract cleaning. They are also quite resourceful in helping with areas they are not contracted to, very helpful indeed.
