   I had Adam from Carpet Crew come out to clean our carpets and he was incredibly professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job. The results were amazing — the carpets look completely refreshed and so much cleaner than I expected. Stains I thought were permanent are gone and the whole place feels brighter. Highly recommend Carpet Crew. Great service, great attitude and fantastic results!

   Our experience with Carpet Crew was great from start to finish. I made an enquiry and they got back to me later that day with a very reasonable quote! We had just moved into our new house and the carpet upstairs was so filthy. We just needed our home to feel fresh and clean. Adam arrived well on time and prepared to get to work! He did an incredible job cleaning what looked to be 5+ years of dirt and some really nasty stains! Cheerful and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to have Adam working on our house and we will 100% hire him again. He also made more friendships with our new neighbours passing by before we've had a chance to!
