Joe, the owner, is an absolute professional — punctual, friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. My windows are now crystal clear, and the exterior of my property looks like new again. Joe paid close attention to every detail, making sure even the hard-to-reach spots were spotless. He worked efficiently but never rushed, and the results speak for themselves — streak-free windows and a beautifully refreshed exterior.    After using this company without issue for over a year then suddenly it went all.went south. An agreed 4 weekly window clean went to 5 weeks, then 5, after 9 weeks the excuses started, broken down vehicle and then a broken phone even though I had also emailed them without a response. After 3 moths of being lied to we have now a window cleaner who actually turns up. There are plenty of good guys out there, just not this outfit.

   I would not recommend this company for window cleaning. At first agreed on a monthly price then to be told first clean is £5 more as windows are more dirty and first clean would include door and frames and full proper clean. Not only at first they didn't come as promised, I chased them for few weeks and end it up with not cleaned windows for Easter. They gave few dates and turned up after Easter after I chased few times. The service was awfull, windows left dirty and frames and door with sand. My partner had to clean it by himself with a karcher afterwards. In the end they sent me even higher invoice then agreed despite the service was horrible and not worth a penny.
