   I cannot thank the wonderful Lettings team enough! Huge praise and shout out to Ellie. We sold our home and as our onward purchase fell through (nothing to do with these guys) we decided not to break the entire change but needed to rent somewhere quickly. Having had a lot of our time wasted by another estate agent I contacted Your Move. Ellie answered my call and having explained the situation she quickly organised a viewing of a rental property we liked and within a few hours of applying the landlord had accepted our application. The referencing process was well explained and Ellie helped us through what we needed to get it completed smoothly. Emails and calls answered promptly and professionally. It usually takes 2 weeks with referencing etc. however, thanks to Ellie and Lauren at the referencing company this was sorted in around 6 working days. I cannot thank her enough for making something so stressful as seamless as possible. Thank you so so much!! ❤️

He was our point of contact throughout and was incredibly proactive in keeping things moving in a protracted and difficult transaction; he really went above and beyond what we could have expected. Communication was consistently excellent, with our agent and solicitors kept completely up to date throughout all the trials and tribulations! It was also obvious that they were a close knit team - even when George was unavailable, Sabi, Stuart and Nadia were clearly fully informed and happy to help keep things moving.
