We have used Belle Casa for 5 years, same cleaner, lovely, reliable lady, she is now like a member of our family. When she goes on holiday, Belle Casa organises equally professional replacements, every year. I also enjoy interacting with the office, they are always responsive.
We’ve used Belle Casa for years. Hardly ever need to contact them as everything runs so smoothly. On the odd occasion I have contacted them (eg to arrange a 1-off clean for a neighbour) they couldn’t have been more helpful.
There are ja few things which I cannot get by without, but my fabulous Belle Casa cleaner, our Ana, is top of my list of essentials! The service is very good. My current cleaner, Safina Hussain, has been coming for 4-5 years and is reliable, professional and personable. On the rare occasions she has been unable to attend, Belle Casa have found a replacement quickly.
Been using Belle Casa for 4 months now. We get the same cleaners each week who are efficient and thorough. Replacement is offered if they are unable to attend but this hasn't happened yet. Very competitive price too. Highly recommend.
I have used Belle Casa for my current and previous homes, so over twelve years. I have always found Christine to be extremely professional, responsive and personable. The cleaners provided have always been of an extremely high standard. Only once did I have a minor issue of a broken vacuum cleaner and this was resolved quickly and caused me no inconvenience whatsoever. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
