   Well what can I say. First class service. Needed a new battery. Got the car jump started then went right over to Battery World. I had emailed ahead but it wouldn't have mattered if not. Gail was very friendly and knowledgeable. She got me sorted there and then with right kind of stop start battery. Darren fitted it for me. Apparently it was his first day...It seemed like he'd been fitting batteries for ages. He did a very good job and was a very nice guy also. If you have any Battery issues in Belfast use Battery World... Thanks

   Car died and had to get the RAC out. Turned out the battery had died - literally! Needed a new one. Got the car started up so I could get to Battery World. Sorted immediately! No fuss. Guy came out and swapped out the old one, while keeping the engine running, so no need for reprogramming of sterio etc. Excellent price! Excellent service!

   Went to Battery World to see about a car battery, what a great service! Marc was brilliant, give me real sound advice, no hard sell and advised me I didn't need a new battery yet. He could have made a sale for himself and was totally honest. He told me my options, checked my battery twice on two different occasions in the one day to be sure his advice was correct. Didn't charge me for his time. Will definitely go back to buy my battery there when I do buy one! Thanks Marc!!!

   Have to say, had some of the best customer service I've experienced from a business in years from these guys. Had a very specific requirement for 2 6TN NATA batteries for my ex-military FV101 Scorpion 8 tonne Tank, not an every day request! Simon, who I dealt with, searched the UK for any other supplier with them in stock, and the Company director, who happened to be England at the time, picked 2 up, brought them back on the ferry and left them into my business premises on his way home - all in all only took 3 days to get them - Fantastic! Should also say the price for them was cheaper than I could find anywhere else on the internet as well!!!! Top marks all round! Tank is now up and running again and ready for the Historic Military Vehicle shows for the rest of the year...
