   I went to the otford dry cleaners with my mum today to pick up my sister Mollie's clothes that they dried for her and made her clothes lovely and smaller for her They did a very good job drying her clothes Kind and friendly staff Lovely service The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very lovely friendly welcoming I had a very lovely first experience there today at the otford dry cleaners otford with my mum This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

   We have just had all our lined, cream, patio curtains and bay window curtains dry cleaned by Otford Dry Cleaners. They even Scotch Guarded the linings to protect from possible damp/condensation. We are delighted with the result as they all look like new. Great service and price ! Many thanks.

   If you want indecisive and inaccurate prices go to this place, initially quoted me 15£ for one dress and then charged me another £20 because it had to be ‘washed twice’. This wasn’t the initial price agreed, and they blamed it on a new comer ? they also couldn’t find my clothes as they had mixed it up with someone else’s order ! They promise to give you a ring once clothes are ready and I heard nothing. Overall very Bad customer service and cash loss ! Don’t bother going here.

   Ok so where to begin. Being relatively new to otford and loving all our local shops we decided to use this laundry service. Well I truly wish we hadn’t. After being asked to leave our laundry with them for 5 days so they could do the best possible job, which is what the owner promised! We collected and unwrapped once home! Wow what a mess!! They aren’t the cheapest and our £60 spend was just completely wasted. Because guess what, every shirt, every item was stained with what we have no idea...peachy orange patches over everything! So moving pass this, my husband an hour later decided to bring the worst of the washing back . Only to be met with excuses and aggression, even threats to leave the shop. My hubby came back dirty washing in hand and absolutely gobsmacked. He couldn’t quite believe that this little laundry shop in a tiny village would operate so badly. steer clear of this place, the owner is so aggressive and the service is dismal. Would never use again or recommend to anyone!
