    Not impressed at all, we came for a family appointment and my sons first check up and it was very disappointing, dentist counted his teeth and then just said ok thanks didnt ask any questions or offer any guidance on what I should be doing to keep his teeth healthy. Then when It was my turn no scale and polish/clean done despite the £27 you pay covering that. Trying to get me to get a filling there and then when I said I didnt have time and my toddler was screaming both dentist and assistant just looking at eachother as if they couldn't believe I said no. Felt like all the wanted was money and I will not be returning

    We had an outstanding service. My mother is house bound/palliative care and managed to break her dentures. From the first phone call to delivery of her repaired dentures took less than 24hr. Staff where very friendly, kind and understanding. Highly recommend.

    Amazing care. I contacted Jen on their main number who was so reassuring and provided pricing and appointment times clearly and made it so easy. I cannot recommend them enough. They were fantastic. So patient and understanding of my relatives illness and keeping comfort at top priority.

    I was very anxious and had a negative view of dentists prior to being a patient at this surgery. Nina helped me be calm during operations and explained every step of the dental process prior to starting any surgery. Since being a patient I've felt involved in my care and an active participant in what goes on. I've had numerous fillings and one removal at A&D dental and Nina has been great at calming me and helping me through the process. The receptionist staff are also great, I recieve reminders of my appointments in advance. I highly recommend A&D dental

    24/10/22 Rang up for an enquiry who ever the male receptionist is he was EXTREMELY rude to me, hung up the phone not once but TWICE this is not professional at all and I will be taking my custom else where. Avoid at all cost!

    Over a decade of phobia before we found this practice. I took medication from the Dr and had home visit for my first consultation and if I am honest it was all a bit of a blur (medication). This followed up with phone calls from the Dentist herself the following day and again a week later. Now it's over 12 months later and I no longer need medication to attend appointments and I have had so much treatment that was well overdue and can smile again proudly without pain! This dentist recognises if I am slipping back with anxiety and will spend time just nattering and then ask me to come back (even without charge) Zero pressure and expectation for the pace in which it takes me to overcome my phobia and still receive the much needed treatment that I required. Paula the receptionist always welcomes me with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Flexible with appointments and just all round friendly! Ajzelina's holistic approach is very comforting. I sleep better and the knock on effect means my day to day is better and even my posture has improved. I would never have believed the pain in my mouth and jaw caused so many other aches and pains but the proof for me is there and I couldn't be more grateful. (From Rachel using my husbands account)

    First class. Needed a home visit for emergency treatment for my housebound husband. He was very anxious but was soon put at ease by the dentist and nurse.     I have been using A & D Dental Practice since 2012 starting with a change of a Crown and following with both Wisdom Teeth removal and Canal Treatments, and on all occasions I have met with both professional and friendly atmosphere. The Practice is quite pricey, after all it is a Private Dental Practice, but the work is always done to the highest of standards. With the Practice constantly investing in a new equipment, I know my teeth will be in good hands. Plus listening to Dr Ajzelina talking so passionately about new equipment and developments in dentistry is making me want to come back for another round of a torture :P
