The know their stuff, their parts are top quality, and they even went above and beyond to get me sorted with the right spray paint that no-one else could get me
I was in contact with JKAutospares for nearly two weeks as I was hoping to purchase an exhaust system. The person on phone assured me what I was looking would be no problem but I was told on a few occasions they would ring me back by the end of day. End of week soon arrived with no phone call back so I phoned them the following week to be told they need to speak with suppliers and again told I would be notified the following day. Following week I made another phone call and was told they no longer deal with the supplier. 1/10 very poor service
I sincerely hope the change in staff is v temporary, I’ve watched this business go from a 10/10 to a 1/10 after a staff change, don’t know if the business has been sold or what but the staff in it now I’d be surprised if they own a car between them, The simplest of item is unknown, I really hope this is a temporary change because this was a get shop

Great service, I'd phoned around quite a few motor factors around the banbridge and Newry areas with no joy in having what I wanted, JK Autospares also didn't have it in stock but they were the only ones who offered to order a in for the next day. True to their word it was there by 10am the following Morning.
Very expensive on basics like bolts. Better off going to B&Q for small quantities or Screwfix for large quantities. Friendly and helpful service though.
Thank you to the kind member of staff that gave me 10% off, a large buy of spray paint, for a village art project. Every time I have purchased something in your store you have always be well mannered, knowledgeable and helpful. As a woman I find may 'male' oriented stores can be a little condescending to females. As hard wear is my favourite thing I have experienced it many times. JK autospares staff have always made me feel valued in the shop. So it is everyone friendly. Prices are equivalent to their competitors and the service is 5 stars. Orlacreative
