Came into the practice, extremely nervous and anxious but was immediately put at ease by Dr Kshitij. He did everything he could to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. This continued through my follow up appointments. All the staff have been extremely friendly and I can't thank them enough for the help they've given me.
I recently had treatment to remove several damaged and broken teeth, followed by the fitting of new dentures that were expertly colour-matched to my remaining natural teeth. The results are fantastic — I absolutely love my new smile, and it’s already starting to rebuild my confidence. From the beginning, Harry and the team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I originally went in thinking dental implants would be my best option, but Harry was refreshingly honest. He explained that while implants were possible, they wouldn’t be ideal at this stage and would likely need to be replaced in a short time. He advised that, with some lifestyle changes, they might be a good option in the future — a level of honesty and care that’s hard to come by. What really stood out to me was how gentle and considerate Harry was throughout the treatment. As someone who has always been quite frightened of going to the dentist, I can’t recommend him highly enough to others who feel the same way. This has been a truly positive experience, and I’m so grateful for the care I received
Since the Iranian dentist left the quality has definitely dropped, at least in my experience. However, the plus side is that it's easier to get an appointment. They seem to be more focused on promoting whitening and cosmetic work, though not sure I'd trust that given how poor the work has been with me. Hopefully I'm just N outlier and you have better luck.
Had on going problems with 1 tooth in particular which the only option was to remove it or have root canal. Everyone was telling me their horror stories which got me thinking is it less painful just to have it out. I'm so glad I opted with the root canal no pain whats so ever, even done with no anesthetic. I was always reassured and was told what they would be doing before they got to work. 10/10 for overall experience. Would highly recommend also no big surprise price tag either once everything was done. Staff was amazing!
Amazing dental care at pedmore Valley, its family run and friendly with exceptional care and results. Harry is fantastic in what he does and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend Harry as a dentist and implantologist at this practice. He will go to great lengths to achieve the best smile possible and made me feel at ease and comfortable. Definitely the best dentist I've ever met
Thank god. We have a new dentist now. Farbina has gone. New dentist very caring. Lovely person very understanding. I now smile when I go in. Before I hated it. I can put up with pain but not an ill mannered professional person as fabina was. Thank you I now enjoy going
