I enjoyed a lovely morning with my daughters at Vassall’s Park. I wanted to walk but the playground kept them busy for hours. Yummy coffee too.
Had a short but scenic walk through the park and along the river. Lovely place.
AMAZING PARK!! There is a play area for your spawn to enjoy, and lots of huge grassy areas and woodland areas for doggos/picnic eating people to enjoy. Because the park is so huge, you are able to sit and have it be completely quiet and peaceful because everyone else is so far away/spread out, its very calm here!! They also have a place to get food/drink, Including little tubs of icecream (with vegan options!) They had both a vegan vanilla and caramel icecream, i had the vanilla and it was very tasty! It was quite expensive (£3.75 for a small tub) but was worth it on a hot day and was very nice :) Overall a great park! Would reccomend!
Great place to come to with or without kids. Parking on the streets or the paid car park is very cheap. Playground is great. cafe and ice cream van by the side of it. plenty of walks around by the river to Snuff Mills. Cafe along that route by the other car park.
Quite nice place, Go with your family and friends, best place for dog and your pets ..
Great place to walking and breathe fresh air
Such a beautiful place been here since I was very young. The play park is extremely kid friendly and great for all types of families. The river and walks around the park are so lovely.

I have been there before but this was the first visit with the family neither we or they were disappointed The play area is excellent and contains many innovative components which are sometime educational like the archimedean screw for lifting water the walks are great and there is heaps of space. Walking beside the Frome River to the snuff mill was rewarding, though the boys found many sections of the path too rough for using their bikes Vassals Park is part of the larger Oldbury Court Estate and the two integrate well. There are still many parts yet to explore but we shall save those till next time were also enthusiastic about the experience and look forward to returning.
