   Avoid this company like the plague. I am not even entirely sure where to start but I will be updating this review with screenshots of messages and images as proof. Profesionalism: I booked this company to do a deep clean and what I got was anything but. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and couldn't do the clean myself. I got a message the day before the clean saying they had to cancel because the cleaner was sick. I explained it was unacceptable and I needed the clean done on the day and that they need to find a replacement. They "found" a replacement but the replacement was basically the guy who seems to own the business by the name of Malik who was also pretending to be named John when emailing me and agreeing the cost/service. The guy turned up with who I am going to assume is his wife which is fine but they are clearly NOT cleaners and they did not know what they were doing. Quality of Clean: This was by far the worst clean I have ever received in my life. It was meant to be a deep clean and the place was hardly even dusted! Just shocking! When I challenged the quality, he said oh there was a misunderstanding, they didn't think it would be furnished despite me having explained it was being used as airbnb and I wanted it deep cleaned. The place was hardly cleaned let alone deep cleaned, honestly this was beyond me. The worst part is that they damaged the sanitary ware with some of the chemical products they were using and the shower plate, shower head and sink tap are marked with acid looking splotches. They were meant to replace them/fix them but after lots of back and forth and empty promises and oh the plumber will be there at 12 and me asking for the plumbers name, qualifications and pictures of the replacements, etc, I was blocked on whatsapp! Honestly just avoid... clean the place yourself or go for another company. Do yourself a favour and don't use this company and head all the negative reviews. The good reviews are all fake and must have been left by friends/fake accounts. Just AVOID!

   Tulip did a fantastic job cleaning our 3 bedroom one bathroom property at the end of our tenancy. They gave great attention to every detail (especially in the bathroom) and left everything immaculate. They did the work for a fair price and efficiently. I would defiantly use them again.    Outstanding End of Tenancy Clean I hired Tulip Cleaning services Slough, for an end of tenancy clean and was genuinely impressed with the results. The property was left spotless – kitchen appliances, bathroom and even the inside of cupboards looked like new.    PLEASE READ!! Excellent job! Were efficient and communicative. Would recommend :) UPDATE!! - Although at first glance the property seemed well cleaned, after further inspection took place it was noticed that various major areas were missed. Two bathrooms were not cleaned at all and stains were left on carpets. I was in communication with the company about getting them to come back and amend their mistakes and they agreed. However, after agreement via email, there was no follow up or confirmation of time and date. Alongside this, my emails were ignored. I have since heard nothing and have not received any apologies or funds back. As this was a rental property the cleaning was extremely important and because it was not done well I was charged by the landlords for extra maintenance (for mess not cleaned that I was not at fault for).

I get different cleaners each week and all of them are very bubbly and chatty but also get down to work when they need to. It does the job, weekly cleans with Tulip Clean forever
