   This company insisted on the full payment upfront for the end of tenancy cleaning. I made the payment and the day they supposed to come they forgot about it. When I call the office they couldn't say when the cleaner would come. They finally come five hours later (most likely someone urgently was asked to work without notice). Very unreliable and unprofessional.

   Usually I get my car just outside clean which is totally fine and done well. But today I wanted a full valet and it was not worth £20. I can do a better job on my own. I had to keep telling them to clean here and there. They didn’t even bother doing my boot.
