Had to cancel an appointment a couple of times as I have a health condition and somedays I am unable to walk. Because of this they have removed me from their list and are not allowing me to rejoin which is absolutely shocking as my reason for cancelling was out of my control and they were aware of my health conditons/disability the whole time.
Went to a appointment just the otherday with ya daughter. got her checked in and was sent upstairs only to be waiting for half hour over our time, the place was dead so i have no idea why they was so behide on time to say it was an early mornkng appointment. But once seen we got called it the staff was nice. Got daughters tooth our fast with no problems. Place was clean.
Friendly team starting from kind receptionists with lovely nurses and professional Dentists Easy access to private dental care, reasonable costs, available appointments, accept urgent and regular appointments. Highly recommended
i left out of fear in the end.... after i had been sticking with Lydhurst Rd Dentist for so long with some ignorant staff, and very long wait times. but since the awful new polish man dentist shouting at me calling me rude. he was defensive and hostile towards me with no customer care training, he was just out right volatile. he traumatised me ...aggressively directing me in to the chair for putty mould, no explanation, wasnt during an appointment, i was just scared doing as i was told. i only wanted to ask what options i have with my lower denture teeth looking like all canine teeth. i had tears rolling down my face as he held the putty firmly in to my mouth and the poor nurse didnt dare to question him but meekly asked in a tiny voice if im ok.... i had flash backs for months he was abusive and traumatised me having escaped domestic violence in my past this was horrendous for me. he took my denture off me too. never heard anything from the dentist about it. i was just too terrified to go back,i just left.
My son went today,he got autism and was very nervous,he was put at ease and letting him know what was happening thank you so much .

Best dental practice I have ever been to. Caring dentist, polite staff and great appointment availability when they need to work around you. Recommend Natalija, she is amazing.
