   Really like that my dentist doesn't dive straight in with the anaesthetic but waits to see if it's needed. Even without anaesthetic the fillings done were my least painful dental experiences ever. Excellent dentist and a nice team.

   I have been such a nervous and anxious dental patient for over 15 years and I have been a patient at Kimberley Dental now for over 10. I usually request to have any extractions done under general anaesthetic at the hospital and recently needed an extraction. I saw Samraj who was absolutely fantastic. He listened to all of my worries and concerns and made me feel so at ease, that I let him go ahead and extract the troublesome tooth at my next appointment. It was by no means an easy extraction, but between Samraj and the dental nurse (I think her name was Jess?) I have well and truly had my anxieties and nervousness disappear. Thank you both so much for your patience, understanding, kindness and care.

   The dentist mr shergill has been brilliant with my child, trying to put her at ease during procedures she had anxiety about and his dental assistant was lovely too. Genuine dental health care advice given and small diet changes that didn’t come across as ‘bossy’ like previous experiences with other dental professionals. My daughter has no trauma and is weirdly looking forward to her next visit.

   Bad quality service. Starting from beggining. Booked my appointment - check up - normal for a new patient. Was told that I need to have done ASAP 7 teeth. Came because of holes in two. Had one done, after I had to come again because felt is rough and sharp. So had it done on my 2nd appointment appointment done with other tooth. I still said that's not good enough and he said - give it 5 days to settle down. In total had to come 4 times to fix one tooth. On one visit had 4 times given anaesthetics. Still in pain. Was coming 3 times to fix the tooth, then was booked for another appointment and THEY CANCELLED the appointment 4h before !!!! What about if client cancel with short notice ??? Have to pay. If they do - you won't hear SORRY. Tried to contact me to reschedule once - couldn't answer in that moment. Tried to ring back - they didnt answer and didnt ring back. Paid lots of money for BEING IN PAIN and HAVING SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY ELSEWHERE! after months of trauma... went to recommended dentists... and had again check up and was told that not only they damaged my tooth by removing big piece of it but also the filling is temporary!!!! Which i wasnt told! I was told that the tooth is done ( permanently ) and the visit was just to polish it so I won't have a rough or sharp edges. The tooth is 3rd from left on the bottom.

   Jay is just spot on, and his dental nurse Jessica was so lovely. Just encouraging and engaging with my treatment and they spoke to me in a friendly yet professional manner. His care has always been impeccable and he is so modest in his manner. Ive been attending this practice for 1 year now and always had the same impeccable treatment. Some people who are well established in their medical profession, in my experience, have been quite full of themselves and come across as patronising where as Jay is always the same professional and calming, not having seen him for 3 months .... still exactly the same. Just brilliant! Thank you!

   Had root canal treatment done twice at this surgery. If you worry about dentist this one will put your mind at ease. All staff very friendly and Jay is very good, at his job, the best dentist I've had by far. 41 years of age. Real friendly, very caring and good results. Many thanks.

   I had Junade work on my teeth, he was great, he gave me the all options for how to fix the pain I was having, and talked through the steps as we went. I went with a root canal which was quick and painless. The receptionists and the dental assistants where all helpful and welcoming.

   Excellent service. Just had two fillings redone following my first checkup in a year or two, following COVID. Dentist was very good. Super efficient and quick. Happy to explain the process and answer any queries I had. Staff are all very nice too. Nobody enjoys having dental work done (I certainly don't) but they made it as pain and stress free as possible.
