   I’ve just finished my clear correct treatment with Kev, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! My teeth are finally straight, and my smile looks amazing – it’s given me so much more confidence. I’ve always been quite nervous about dental visits, but Kev and the team were incredible at putting me at ease right from the start. Even when I needed a filling done alongside the aligner treatment, Kev was gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made all the difference. The aligners were discreet and easy to manage, and the care I received throughout was second to none. A massive thank you to Kev and everyone at the practice. If you’re nervous about treatment or considering straightening your teeth, this is the place to go.

   Good dentist. Come every 6 weeks ish for my daughters braces. They've always been pretty much on time if not gotten us in early. Staff are lovely, helpful. Would recommend. I've never had issues parking its always busy but always can park.

   Great service by the team and Dr Kev, he managed to see me as soon as possible for an emergency root canal treatment. I was made comfortable and talked through the whole process ensuring I understood what was going on. Would definitely recommend this practice!

   Waited over six months for a appointment to get a text msg 50 mins before my appointment to tell me its cancelled due to hygienist being ill, I have lost a day's pay being SE who's going to reimburse me that?! And to top it off the receptionist put the phone down on me .... NOT GOOD ENOUGH I will be complaining to the Practice Manager when they tell me her name as the call staff have amnesia... And the NHS Ombudsman. I would give zero if I could... **Update ** I've had to update as it won't let me reply to the reply! I tried to speak to you the Practice manager but the person I spoke to had a bout of amnesia and said they didn't know your name but took my details and said you'd ring me...which I've been waiting for for over a week now to no avail ! You have my details so I shall await YOU contacting me but I'm not holding my breath nor will I be compensated for losing a day's pay as I'm self employed but you don't care even though you say you're sorry but sorry doesn't reimburse me.

   Really pleased with how the receptionist greet and help you when you arrive at the practice. I got married last year and needed to change my surname. The receptionist did this with the ID I bought along with me. (The name on this review is in my old surname). I am a very nervous patient when it comes to my teeth because of a bad experience I had some years ago. My dentist Fakir Chicktay put me at my ease with my appointments with him. He could see how nervous I was and kept talking to me throughout my appointment. He didn’t hesitate to say if I had any problems to go back and see him. The dental nurse that was working along side him also helped calm me down. I would recommend that this dental practice to anybody if they can get in. A job well done, thank you all for being so kind, understanding and caring
