   The day after I rented the car a low tyre pressure warning light came on. I know nothing about cars and I didn’t trust myself to deal with it so I came here because it was the closest tyre place to my hotel. I told the guy here what was going on and he stopped what he was doing straight away to help me. I said it was just the front right tyre but he still checked all four tyres one by one and set the pressure for each of them and he didnt ask any money. May God bless you. I didn’t have any cash on me because I only use my card and I really wanted to give you a tip!

   Really good communication. More (serious) issues found when fixing my exhaust and there was really great communication about the whole thing. While annoying there were issues found the guys couldn’t have been more helpful and got me a better price when could. Will definitely be using again (hopefully not anytime soon)

   Came in needing a wheel alignment and came out with an ESP system fault. Was told the guy who connects the cars to the pc to clear the error was not there and to come back in a few days if the error was still showing. Went back a few days later and was told the guy was off last week so had to come back this week. Went there an hour ago and was told “they’re too busy to look at it” as if they were not the ones who cause the problem and with an attitude as if I was bothering them. Also got a punctured tire, if it was their fault or just coincidence I don’t know but also got told they had no time to fix my tire. 0/10 - do not recommend and I’ll tell my experience to anyone who will listen.

   Johnny sorted out the rattling under my car this morning, he was very pleasant and professional. He clearly explained what the issue was, answered my questions clearly and simply and was very quick. I will definitely be back with any future car issues. Great service and great people, I highly recommend.

   Bought new tyres online and booked appointment to have fitting before MOT. Appointment was postponed without notification two times. For the next two days promises that the tyres would arrive to the store continued with no avail. After many phone calls and broken promises, eventually I had to go collect the tyres from Kwik Fit’s supplier as they couldn’t arrange delivery, despite telling me the tyres were an hour away in transit, but a day later there was still no sign of them. I then had to bring the tyres to the branch for the staff to fit them so I could make my MOT that evening. I made a complaint to Kwik Fit and was pawned off with a £30 voucher, which can’t be used online and was then told by my local branch they couldn’t order in what I needed and had to be done online. All in all, a massive inconvenience, so much time, energy and money wasted. And now I have a useless voucher. It's not so much a reflection of the staff in the branch but the company’s lack of customer service. Avoid and use another business for the sake of your sanity and time.

   Booked an appointment as web site suggests for a brake check as they were clicking and MOT was due ...only to be told that they were three cars in front of me and I would have to leave my car there for at least 4 hours...my appointment was for 10.30 and was to take 45..mins..This is not the first time ormeau road branch have messed me around last time I booked an appointment for tyres that weren't there..another morning of work lost and money....

   I was told I required 4 new tyres after my routine service. On receiving this information I was told the work would be carried out immediately. I refused the work being carried out as this was approx £400. On leaving Kwik fit I went to my local mechanic who told me my back tyres were ‘nearly new’ and my front tyres had another ‘3000-5000 miles at least’. I wasn’t sure and alarmed as the Kwik fit employee told me that I would be unable to complete an emergency stop effectively and my tyres could leave me uninsured in my car, therefore I went to a 3rd mechanic who told me the same as the 2nd. I was completely appalled as this was a lot of money especially with the current cost of living crisis. I would hate to think the mechanics were taken advantage because I was a young woman. Absolutely will not be back. Terrible customer service. Completely unacceptable

   The mechanic went above and beyond for me, even lent me his charger as my phone was dead so I could answer the call to say the car was ready for collection. I had failed an MOT due to a drop link which I had "fixed" a couple of weeks ago. He was able to explain the parts and why it failed. Very accommodating to fit me in last minute for a repair and a very understanding nice man.
