   So, get comfortable and let's begin. I spotted what was an awesome deal on four premium tyres, booked well in advance and had selected Lisburn branch based on generally great feedback. Way back in August I arrived on time, booking was in place, drop off couldn't have been easier and was advised around 90 minutes. Returned in 90 minutes and car was ready (they did try to upsell on a minor alignment which I declined). On the face of it all was excellent, seemed like a really tidy job and exactly as you would want it to be. However, on closer inspection on returning home I noticed my otherwise as new alloys were covered in deep scratches on the inner barrel. What was immediately obvious was this had been done when removing the old balancing weights. I got in touch with Kwik-Fit who arranged for the area manager to call me. He was able to validate that indeed the weights had been removed in a less than satisfactory way. Owing to a very busy period in life I struggled to find the time to find a suitable solution (it was left for me to work a solution, I was offered £200 as compensation but decided although a huge hassle I would rather seek a repair). After some weeks I made time and visited Cupra, Belfast who handle my Cupra services, they very kindly booked my repair in with their own Charles Hurst Carsmetic and arranged a loan car for me at no cost. Absolute hat-tip to exceptional Cupra as ever. On balance of cost, time and effort I only had the rear alloys repaired as front were so slight in damage or the damage is hidden on the new weights (hopefully not). I paid £288 to Carsmetic directly and sent the receipt to Kwik-Fit. Eventually after 3 weeks I have been reimbursed the £288. It has been months of annoyance, yes there are bigger issues in the World but when you have kept your car like new for over four years it is worth putting it right. All Kwik-Fit staff encountered were well-mannered, pleasant and generally nice people, perhaps just a business so focused on speed and profit is the issue here. Lesson learned, have a chat about how weights are removed, sometimes the best tyre deal isn't the best overall and don't jump to take the easiest solution even if it is an absolute pain. I owe almost all my thanks to Cupra Belfast who ultimately unknowingly put this right. Now, let's hope I get 20 odd thousand miles out of these otherwise great tyres too.

   Zero stars would be appropriate. Phoned this morning for appointment to get puncture fixed. I was told 2 appointments were available, 11am and 3pm and it would take 45 mins at the most and they would get details while I was there. Arrived for appointment only to be told there's at least 10 cars ahead of mine and could I leave car for a few hours. I explained that I had an appointment and it was at 11am. The unpleasant staff member said I shouldn't have bn told tht "IF" i was told that. Rude....... I don't know many people tht have hours to wait on a puncture repair especially when they made an appointment. Staff could do with a course in customer service and learn a few manners. Kwik-Fit isn't a very suitable name unfortunately.

   Very good service here. Staff were very transparent with regards to my deflating tyre and allowed me to inspect it also. I got a new tyre fitted same day at a decent price in about 45mins max. Definitely recommend.

   Went to see these guys on Saturday with a problem i had been experiencing with my car vibrating when i drive at speed. The guys checked my tyres and the balancing and found an issue with the internal foam coming loose (Tesla tyres) and pointed me in the direction of a recall on these tyres and that they could be changed under warranty which i am in the process of doing. The service from these guys and the transparency was top class, they had knowledge of the issue and were able to identify the cause of the problem even before looking but still took the diligence to confirm it. Friendly service and the guys didnt charge for their time, much appreciated.

   Sunday 6.00pm: discovered bulge in fns tyre ( pot hole damage). Sunday 7.00 pm went on line ordered tyre, booked fitting and paid. Monday 10.00am attended Kwik Fit and had tyre replace. Thorough check of vehicle alignment require additional work. All done and driving home before 11.00am. No fuss, very polite and efficient. All round a brilliant service.

   Brought my BMW to kwik Fit thinking I had a problem with tyres. It turned out to be a spring had gone. Didn't know they did repairs or anything other than tyres. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely efficient. Will try them for other services now and pass on the good word.

   Before visiting the centre, I knew exactly the make and size of tyres I wanted, Michelin Cross Climate. These are not a stock item and we're ordered in for fitting the next day. I would have preferred to replace all 4 tyres, but for financial reasons decided to retain the front tyres for another month, being assured there was sufficient remaining tread. Overall, the service I received was courteous, professional and fully met my needs and expectations.

   Had the best experience yesterday in kwikfit. I got recovered from having a flat , which was a long time sitting waiting. They took me to kwik fit in Lisburn, Mark could not have been more helpful and helped me feel at ease. Within 45 mins I was able to be back on the road to Dublin. Thanks so much!
