I am absolutely disgusted by this company!! I asked for an after building clean up of my entire property, two gentleman came with a little trolley and with very outdated equipment . They left all the paint marks on the floor and the kitchen units were not cleaned at all. When I called them all they could offer me was £50 refund out of £400?. They promised me that cleaners will come today and yet no sign of them at all. Please do not use these cleaners at all.

We are extremely disappointed with the deep cleaning service provided by your company. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below our expectations. Firstly, I was communicating with a person named Adam, who gave me the link to the company and assured me of a professional service. However, this could not have been further from the truth. The cleaners arrived over an hour late, which was highly inconvenient. Despite being promised a team of three, only two cleaners arrived. This not only delayed the job but also resulted in poor quality work. The cleaning itself was superficial at best. Skirting boards, floors, and walls were merely wiped down without any real effort to remove dirt. Despite my husband repeatedly asking for areas to be cleaned properly, they were still left in an unacceptable state. The oven cleaning, which we specifically paid for, was especially disappointing. While the glass was wiped, the inside of the oven remains coated in grime. Additionally, the floor was only mopped with tap water—not even hot water—making the cleaning entirely ineffective. To add to the frustration, the exterior windows were not cleaned at all, leaving them visibly dirty. When we raised our concerns, we were promised that they would come back to complete the job and ensure we were 100% satisfied. However, these were empty promises. They have since refused to answer any of our calls or messages, leaving us to deal with the situation on our own. To make matters worse, they still took our money despite failing to deliver the service we paid for. We now face the frustrating task of re-cleaning the entire house ourselves, completely defeating the purpose of hiring a professional service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to avoid them at all costs. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and substandard work is appalling. Do not book this company.
