I had booked an appointment but had a sick child in the hospital and obviously a car appointment was the least of my worries. This guy cursed and swore at me on the phone and then hung up on me without letting me say a word! Won’t be coming back and def won’t be recommending him.
Charlie and Ricky are honest, professional and provide a 1st class service with very competitive prices. I won’t go anywhere else. Best in the business

Had an issue, called on a Sat morning, drove down there and they was able to fit me in right away, got a part and fixed it up all within an hour and I was on my way. Great service and greatly priced. Will use in the future 100%
My car failed the MOT and CC Motors fitted me in and got my car back to me the next day. Also had been quoted £225 by another place just to do the job. Didn't include the part needed and they also told me it would cost more if they found anything else wrong. Richard, bless him quoted me a price and he came in under it. So pleased with their customer service. Both were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Will definitely use again and would encourage anyone needing work done on their car to go to CC Motors in Carrickfergus.
