I wouldn’t leave a car in with this crowd. They take your car cause a major fault in it and then charge you for fixing the thing they caused.
Had great service when I took my wife's car here last year. When my own car needed a/c charged, I was able to bring it in within 10/15 mins from making the initial call. I went for walk along shore whilst the work was being done. Completed within 40 minutes ready for me to go. First class service. Highly recommended. Edit: subsequent to the above I left my sister's car in for service/repair and was total disaster. I did speak to the owner afterwards and tbf he was annoyed by what had happened (he had not been on the premises the day in question). I ended up having to go elsewhere to get the rest of the work completed and I've not darkened the door of this place in the time since. The 'elsewhere' now gets all my business (4 family cars) so one bad experience can be costly for a business in the long run. So the initial 5 stars drops to a 1.
STAY AWAY! My mother took her car here. The car sat for a month not being worked on. When she got it back, it still wasn't fixed. She paid 400 pounds and they didn't give her a receipt. Now they say they don't remember the car. Totally untrustworthy. Would give zero stars if I could.
Avoid this garage at all cost and I would give 0 stars if it was an option!!! I left my car in to them early in the morning 9AM to fix my car heater as it wasn't working properly. They told me they would give me a call in the afternoon when it is ready which they never did. I called them myself around 4PM to ask if my car is ready to pick up & one of the team member told me on the phone that my car is not safe to drive it on the road. I was really shocked as left my car running perfectly fine to them other than the heating problem. I quickly went to them to find out what was going on. One of the lad name called TOM ( I am guessing he is the owner of the business as I saw lots of his and his family pictures in the office behind the reception area) who he is highly money driven person told me that he has changed the thermostat and spark plugs to fix the heater & asked me to pay 250 pounds. Moreover, he told me that he need to order another spare parts to run the car back to normal & quoted me 700 pounds. He said he will not give my car keys back unless I paid the 250 pounds. By the way, the heater was not fixed and wasn't working. I had no options left so I paid the 250 pounds to get my car back and got it in undrivable condition. I took my car getting towed to a different garage & the other garage told me that they have damaged the intel mainfold while replacing the thermostat but they didn't want to admit what they have destroyed. My car is now fixed by this different garage & only costed me 140 pounds including replacing the intel mainfold which was damaged by Specialist Auto Centre. It is a SCAM garage & wouldn't recommend it anyone!!!

I knew about this guys existence but hadn't used his service. Absolute 100% recommend for commutation, advice, help and understanding. I had never used my Aircon to date and took myself down to Halfords to buy a stp hose / gauge and bottle. I done all as advised ... Attached the device and it read low .. I added gas till it advised filled. After spending 20 on the guage and 50 on the bottle the result was a fail. No cold air. I started thinking the worst. Replace parts etc. Woke up, decided to give this man a call.. accepted me in immediately, put the real air con machine on and we quickly learned my problem was under pressure. I had 49g in when I was meant to have 550g + - 15g .. so the STP product was a complete failure and they'll be getting a complaint. But this mechanic gets 5 stars and a rare review (as in I never leave reviews) ... Today he earned it. I asked to be educated as we go and he explained everything that was happening. Excellent service.
