Radio stopped working, creevy and 2 other merc specialists' wanted nothing to do with it since it was a S class. Merc portadown quoted £1200. These lads fixed it for 120.

Crawford and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and approachable about all things Mercedes. Work is carried out to a very high standard with genuine parts at a fraction of main dealer prices, and wait times for bookings are pretty decent too. Would highly recommend Auto-Merc services.

Driving Mercedes-Benz a long time and been using Auto Mercedes-Benz for myself and my son in law and the grandchildren also use auto merc. Outstanding prices and service with a smile . Never had one bad experience. In fact one rainy night my window wiper worked loose and he left his house came and fixed it at the side of the road for free. My Grandaughter wouldn't go any were else. His prices compared to other merc specialists is second to none.
WOMEN BEWARE - Predatory Mechanic! Car needed a straight forward service before MOT and I was quoted £200 but could go towards £300 as it needed glow plugs. Left the car in and picked it up a few hours later and was given a bill of £609!!! - for the same work quoted. And mechanic didn’t fix an error appearing on the dash… told me that I need to go to an ACTUAL Mercedes garage to get that fixed. Keep your money if you don’t want to pay triple the standard cost and beware of garages like this!! Evidence in image attached.
Crawford and the guys are very good and easy to pay. I had my car in for gearbox repair and oil cooler. Highly recommended 5 star service
