   On arrival, the door was locked, so I rang the bell. A very stern, unfriendly looking lady answered the (glass) door. I was smiling. She wasn't. I explained who I was and that I had an appointment. She just said, "With?" I was a little flummoxed. It's not a great first impression. Imelda is absolutely lovely, extremely welcoming, and chatty. She explained everything to me, and after we'd gone through the form and I'd had my test patch, I had my treatment there and then. Brilliant! When we came out to book my next appointment, the unfriendly lady was at reception. She didn't once look up from what she was doing to say anything, not even goodbye when I left. It's such a shame for a small business to be run this way. I want to give 5 stars to Imelda, but with the first impression being pants, I'm giving 4!

   I have currently had 3 laser hair removal sessions with Imelda and I am so pleased with the results already. My hair is growing much thinner already and in some places has stopped growing back at all! I noticed progress after just one session and I am really excited to see the results after a few more sessions. As someone with who is very conscious of my dark hair, it has already been a big confidence booster. It also helps that Imelda is lovely!

   Had laser hair removal and advanced cosmetic procedures for thread vein removal. I’m so happy with both procedures. Limited hair regrowth and thread veins significantly improved after only one session. Thank you so much Imelda, can’t wait for the results from the next one. Very reasonably priced too.

   Visited today for my laser session. Imelda made me feel so comfortable, the treatment was good and she was very welcoming explained everything I needed to know. Had a lovely chat with her and honestly would really recommend the treatment and services are 10/10.

   Amazing deb was a professional in her own right. I've had many a salon based massage in my time. Nothing compares to this redemial massage I had for one hour today. I was prepared for the pain and that the next few treatments will be the same until deb adviced me she can break down the tension in my muscles. I've booked again and will continue until I'm adviced and feel by body is back in a good place. Then I will just maintain it so it doesn't get to where it is again. Salon was clean and smelt nice. Would recommend Deb Tiffitt she finaly found someone who knows what there talking about. Happy off home for a recommended bath & early night.

   I highly recommend the massage from Di. I left feeling completely different after my 1st treatment in December; not for just a day or two, but for a whole month! Just been back for my second treatment today. This lady is highly skilled & knowledgeable. The prices are so very reasonable too! Highly Recommended.
