Charly is fantastic and very knowledgeable! She always takes time to understand any problems you’re experiencing and caters her massages towards your needs. I always come out of a massage feeling relaxed and that’s testament to Charly’s warm, welcoming personality and the experience she creates for her customers. I would highly recommend!

Could not recommend Charly more. I have been to other beauticians but never have I felt so relaxed when having a full body massage My deluxe pedicures are the best I feel like I’m walking on a cloud when Charly has looked after my feet which I know not many people like doing but she always how much she likes looking after mine again this makes the experience so much nicer and relaxing The only time I will go elsewhere is if Charly stops doing what she’s doing
Charly has been my therapist for over 10 years, super talented lady when it comes to nail art, lashes and brows. Amazing hot stone massage and facial therapist too. Charly is warm, friendly and welcoming- I wouldn’t go anywhere else !
I go to The Rosemary Room once a month for nail extensions, lashes and brows. Charly makes me feel so welcome, she’s so accommodating and she makes the salon feel like a safe space where you can talk about anything! Every nail design I take to her she pulls out of the bag every time, her designs and skills are out of this world! She has even taken her own time to help out when I’ve had problems with lashes etc, making sure that I was ok. All round a lovely lady, a beautiful salon and the most amazing designs and dedication to clients!
Had the most incredible pedicure this weekend with Charly. She is absolutely brilliant and such a lovely lady. Highly recommend a visit, I'll be booking in for more treatments soon!
