   Preeti and Beanish did my waxing, and it was ok. They were quick, friendly, and even shared some helpful suggestions. Overall, my visit to Mona’s was ok. I also got my face wax and threading done by Mona. Initially, I wasn’t very confident about trying it, but after the service, I felt it was well done. The second visit to mona’s place wasn’t a good experience though because i felt like my request of getting my face wax done by the same person was badly ignored. And having a sensitive skin i really don’t experiment with going to different people every time that’s really scary for me. The worst thing is Even after requesting again they ignored it. This is how my skin looks like after 20 mins thats really disappointing especially when u have next day to go on your trip

   I visited this business for the first time, and it was my first Hollywood waxing experience. I will say the ladies were lovely and the overall hair removal goal was achieved. However, they could engage in a bit more conversation just to make me feel a little more comfortable and it was a bit rushed as I got on to the table and 1 lady applied the wax while the other started waxing straight away. I wish they'd taken a little bit of time, but that could just be me being picky. I think the overall experience was okay and I might try a few other establishments however, if I don't find any better, I would come back here.

   I have been going to Monas since i was 14 years old and they are my number one for eyevrow threading/waxing. I have lived in both Birmingham and London and travelled back to get my brows done as i couldnt find anyone as good. The staff are professional and polite. Would definitely reccomend!

   Was recommended Mona's Beauty Bar by a friend and they did not disappoint! I had my eyebrows laminated and I'm so happy with them. The staff were so efficient, friendly and professional. I was seen right on time and the lovely members of staff were checking to make sure I was ok through out the lamination. Couldn't recommend more!
