Great staff but just call to book an appointment to find out they charge you £20 deposit for colouring. If you're ill, have covid they will not refund you fully, only £10.00. Easy way for them to make money. Such a con! It should not be allowed and should be investigated. I will not be using them any more unless they review this horrible policy. We are all trying to survive and not for someone like you to make money out of someone's misfortune or illness.
This is the second time I have been to Jess now and she's always made me feel welcome and accommodated for. I have disabilities that affect my every day life and today was a bit of a bad day day for me but I still wanted to come out and keep my day as normal as possible. I felt I wasn't a burden to Jess , even though I was a bit more quiet añd fidgety than usual. Jess as usual produced a wonderful style. I had a riot touch up followed by toner , K18,cut, blow dry and curls. My hair looks amazing and all my family and friends thought so too. Thank you. See you soon .❤️❤️
