   Found this garage through who can fix my car after buying an absolute lemon of a car from a well known dealer in mallusk who washed their hands of the car Firstly these guys are brilliant can fit you in quickly and easy paid. First repair was a set of front shocks as the dealer I got the car from sent the car out with the front end bouncing all over the place and refused to work on it under wear and tear these guys were the cheapest and had the car back on the same day. When collecting the car the mechanic showed me the old part and it was completely shot Second repair was a stuck calliper again cheapest and extremely quick turnaround. When I bought my car the injector went 7 days into ownership and repaired under warranty but due to the workmanship of the supplying dealer they refitted the injector bolt rather than replace as recommended by Skoda and the injector worked itself loose dealer washed their hands of it and refused so phoned valley autos in a complete panic thinking it would be a new head required and the mechanic on the phone was very confident and priced the work up considerably cheaper and was sure he could get the broken bolt out. They sorted out the recovery and had the car in on Friday and the car was ready by Saturday even though they aren’t officially open they got it out and replaced the bolt without having to remove the head or retap threads all for under 200 pounds including the recovery from my house. The service I have received by these guys is absolutely outstanding I have saved so much money fixing this car by using valley autos and the repairs are done correctly the first time. I have recommended some people who have also had work done and were also happy with the service. Thanks

   Amazing service from these guys, contacted them about 2 weeks ago asking about my brakes, the fella had a look and was able to quote me for my brakes and tell me I didn’t need my handbrake tightened after a previous garage telling me I did. Got booked in for today and the car was ready a number of hours later, received a text to say the car was ready and the price. 10/10 service, will definitely be back, thanks a lot guys!

   Excellent service. Phoned about an EPC light after car went into limp mode. Took it down Friday 11:30 and it was fixed and ready for pickup that day. Will definitely be back in future. Highly recommend.

   I rang on Monday was told they could pick it up on Wednesday fix it Thursday, they didn't. When i rang to ask if they were coming was told they were picking it up Thursday fixing it Friday but they would ring me back, they didn't. Rang on Thursday when they didn't show up was told the boss was with a customer would ring me back in five minutes, he didn't. It is now Friday and now after a week of being messed around i now have to make arrangements to get the car fixed elsewhere, if they couldn't do the job or just couldn't be bothered they should have told me instead they have caused me a lot of stress and hassle. In response to what Valley autos have said, the arrangement was not picking up on Friday as i would not have waited so long to get a car which is very much needed fixed (i first rang on Monday) and if you had taken my number down wrong why was i not told this on Thursday when i rang as i was told the second time i rang you on Wednesday you would ring me back, (I guess you didn't try to ring back on Wednesday) instead the person i spoke to said you told him you would ring me back in 5 minutes (If the number was wrong why didn't he ask for it or dial 1471). I was also told on Wednesday that you would pick the car up on Thursday. I have also since found other reviews complaining of the same thing. I didn't ring today as i had already phoned 3 times and just been told you would get the car and you didn't so i had to find someone else who did.
