   Guy must not have like me, gave me a quote for a service which was the same price as other quotes I had, went with him based off the good reviews so booked in. Charged me a extra 50 said "VAT"... also rang me saying my front brakes needed done, he can do them now if I want. Both front and rear brakes were done late last year. I said never worry and when I came back to pay he said "you've a few thousand miles on them like" in a panicky voice. Maybe this is a random bad experience but I couldn't help but feel I was being taken on

   Left a Peugeot 107 in with EJ Motors last week that was having real issues going into any gear. It had new clutch fitted less than 5k miles previously (by another mechanic) that had completely failed again and therefore needed a whole new clutch kit fitted. Collected the car today and it's driving perfectly. That's my new local garage sorted from now on, very knowledgeable people with great advice too. More than happy with this service. Definitely 5 stars.

   Brought it first to another mechanic near by (not mentioning names) for a broken wing mirror who told me motor was broken, entire unit needed replaced and that parts are expensive. Brought it straight away to John at EJ motors who had one looked, tweaked the motor and job was done in under one minute, free of charge Works perfectly again. Very honest mechanics and will be back. Thank you again.
