   I've used Bailies a couple times now for a few things ranging from standard servicing to paint damage and a misfiring engine. Each time the work done has been prompt, friendly, done to a high standard and extremely reasonably priced. They are transparent about the work that needs done and any findings they have and keep you updated at all times. I left my car in the other day with an engine problem, not even 4 hours later the engine was fixed and I drove the car home a happy man. If I'd left this in with the dealership, I would probably still be waiting and paid twice as much. If you're looking for the best independent mechanic in the Newtownabbey area, you've found it.

   I've used Bailies twice now, first time was due to an overheating fault that my car developed and the second time was for MOT preparation. Both times the experience has been very, very good, no issues with getting an appointment and all issues with my car were sorted quickly, communication was clear and the price was very reasonable. My car was also returned to me spotless each time. Nice local, small business to deal with, highly recommend.

   Excellent, after several visits I can honestly say that Lisa makes car repair a pleasure and not the usual nightmare of BS overpricing and shoddy workmanship we have come to expect from other local garage services. Bailies are pleasant, fast, straight forward and honest making car repair an easy inexpensive experience. I will always recommend them and of course I will not be going anywhere else in future.
