    I left my car in here 4 months ago and it’s still never been fixed or moved from the spot it was left in that’s a Mercedes Benz just took and left ontill mot and everything else had ran out. Going here stopped my life dead for 4 months waiting on on them to contact me but never did. On my way today to try and move the still broken car to someone else. Terrible treatment from this place

After a conversation with Dan who had a look under the bonnet & was able to pin point the problem straight away. I booked my car in & the issues I had been having were fixed promptly. Let’s just say I wish I had known about Universal Autos before spending a fortune at other garages who said they “fixed” my car. I will definitely be going back here in future.
