Absoloute joke of a place cost me my job by not doing there admin properly waiting now 3 months for an assesment that takes 3 weeks no wonder people just driving illegally without a licence
I did my Mod 1 Motorcycle manoeuvres test here and passed, my examiner was Eric and he was really friendly, making me feel at ease. I recommend doing your test here.
Booked an appointment couple months in advance, sitting in lane 5 for over 30mins (early 15mins)for people at the back of the row to drive in front and get there car done first because they're friends with the staff? I'm sorry but as horrible as the wait list is for a MOT, cutting line for a MOT is sad. Some people got here early as it says on email and have jobs to get too.
Testing my motorcycle having a battery issue staff were patient when I had to get the power pack out of the top box. Got started all good with a clean bill of health.
Car taken on time. Inspectors very helpful and had a pleasant approach.
Very professional staff , MOT carried out quickly some great advise regarding the future and every member of staff I spoke with was pleasant and had a smile - not easy with the pressure they are under - well done
Got a cancelation for 7pm ,car was brought in at 7 with no delays,staff were friendly & test was completed in 15mins,car passed m.o.t ...so very pleased all round
My first MOT since the pandemic. Stopped in my assigned lane, had my documentation on the passenger seat. Got out and the MOT guy drove my car into the facility. I stood waiting at the reception area. About 15 minutes later my car arrived back with the passed test certificate on the passenger seat. Job done, very efficient.
