I always go for a wash, cut and blow dry and always have Irena, the top stylist there. She is brilliant and does a great job every time and knows exactly what suits me. I highly recommend her!
Used this salon for last few years always excellent quality of service and all treatments are carried out in a very professional manner I always feel welcome here and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated I highly recommend all services at this salon
Irena is simply a wonderful, fully competent hairdresser. A lovely polite and kind lady as well. What more could one ask for. Her skills and advice are always spot on. I have recommended her to a very good friend and family All of which are super happy.
i’ve been here twice now, once for a massage and then again to have my eyebrows done. both times i was looked after by sian and she’s absolutely amazing! lovely lady, easy to speak to and have nice conversation and also flipping good at what she does! i’ll definitely be back
What a great massage by Sian, good and firm and she worked hard getting the stiff joints moving, lovely environment, nice music, warm bed and nice clean towels. I will be back Thanks Dave
Lovely lady, I nearly missed my 90mins full body massage appointment but she called me. Lovely atmosphere, but the room was too cold for me, mentioned it to her but...! Also personal preference, her hands were a bit too subtle for me :) needed a bit more pressure.
I have been coming to Simply Hair & Beauty Lounge for over a year now and after having mixed experiences with beauty Salon's in the past, this is the place for me. Laura is fantastic at what she does and has such a great caring and knowledgeable work ethic. You can see this transcend onto her other staff as Jade and Irena are completely lovely and wonderful at what they do. The range of services means I don't have to go out of the local area as they do my lash extensions, hair and nails. I feel relaxed and at home whenever I come here and really appreciate how attentive they are with their approach to beauty standards. Thanks guys
Really sorry to say but I didnt have a good experience here for bikini waxing. Firstly as I walked in she asked if I was ? , then said follow me. No introduction, nothing. Went into a tiny room and she just stood there. I was like shall I undress? She said yes trousers off. Now usually when you go for a wax they walk out the room ask you to undress and leave a towel to cover your modesty. NOT here!!! I mean having a bikini wax is quite an intimate thing, but no she stood there whilst I stripped. I struck up a conversation because the lady was pregnant but if I didn't she wouldn't have spoken. She answered my questions but that was about it. While I'm sitting there with my bits half out, it's kind of awkward when it's silent. I booked a bikini extra wax, but there was no extra. I had to shave the rest off when I got home. She never asked me if she had taken enough off and I suppose I was too polite to say anything. I just put my trousers on and kept quiet. I also booked in for an eyebrow tidy thinking it would just be as it said , tidy them up pluck a few hairs, check shape but that turned out to be just an eyebrow wax! Why not just advertise it as a wax? There wasn't even any hairs to really wax. Again no conversation or pleasantries, just walk out and follow to pay. I came out thinking what the hell??? Why don't people have conversation skills. Didn't even know the ladies name until I looked on my booking and found out it was Jade. Honestly such poor customer service, I'm gobsmacked.
