I took advantage of a groupon beauty package and cut and blow dry as a little treat. Everything was great from start to finish. Huge carpark nearby (£1 for 3 hours)... a bonus!... I also ate amazing fish and chips next door.... well worth a visit to Long Eaton. Thanks
Turned up for a massage and facial and the rude person refused to do it despite redeeming the groupon voucher and getting paid. I did call and ask if I could take my sister in laws place as she was rushed to hospital and was told yes, so I drove 52 miles for nothing, wasting my time and petrol and I’d reimbursed my sister in law so another £50 out of pocket. Ronald masters stole my money and then refused to do the massage when I arrived. Please stay clear, I was told a pack of lies and then told they had no access to their emails to confirm to me I did not receive the massage. Worst service I have ever received, shocked and disgusted there are these kind of people in business who abuse customers.
Had an amazing hot stone massage and facial it was just what I needed. It was relaxing and calming felt like a new person after, I've already booked in for December thank you so much.

Absolutely love this salon. The girls are very friendly and listen to my requests. I've gone from a red box dye to a lovely caramel and light brown and my hair is in beautiful condition. I also bring my 3 and 8 year old here and they always cater to them well. The deep tissue massage is one of the best I've had and try to squeeze one in between my hair appointments. Also get my eyebrows and eyelashes done regularly and love the difference a tint makes. Looking forward to my next pampering session!

Popped in for a quick trim, the salon has a separate area away from all the women for men only which is great, who wants to have their haircut listening to woman talk!! I had an all over trim and a lovely free coffee. Thank you ladies will be back soon.
