   Unfortunate lunch experience in the cafe. The food was really disappointing. Bought a hummus baguette which came with soggy, clearly canned mushrooms, "handcooked crisps" that seemed like they were out of a packet. It also took almost 30 minutes to get the food even though we were the only table there. The festive drink was nice though and the cakes looked good so maybe that is their forte. But I wouldnt recommend the savoury food.

   Another amazing visit. Can’t fault the experience it is always 5 star! The treatment was just perfect, a skilled masseuse who let me relax thoroughly. Great value and lovely staff. I will be back again and again.

   Truly awful experience at my massage on Sunday. The setting felt more like being placed in a back room at a leisure centre, next to a children’s party room, rather than a relaxing treatment space. For around 50 of the 60 minutes, I listened to a full kids’ party in detail, the music, shouting, and screaming were constant. It was so loud I could tell you it was Amelie’s party, when they played musical statues, cut the cake, sang a screeching version of happy birthday - the lot! I even overheard adults discussing who was taking Ellie and Millie home with them! When paying £88 for a massage, I expect a peaceful and professional environment. It’s simply not reasonable to offer spa treatments alongside children’s parties, especially at that price point. Other local businesses charge slightly less or a little more, but provide an entirely different, and much more suitable, experience. I asked for a refund at the time but was told no one could authorise it until Tuesday, I’m still waiting. Although I was offered a complimentary treatment, I’m sure you can appreciate that, after today’s experience, I do not wish to return. Given the circumstances, I feel a full refund is the only fair outcome.

   Lovely setting. My wife and I had the Blossom Retreat package as a birthday treat. Melissa and Megan gave us wonderful back and shoulder massages and a facial each which was so relaxing and cleansing. My wife's upgrade to Elemis products was well worth it. Afternoon tea was a very nice ending to our day. Thank you all for making our visit so special.

   We had a wonderful time! It was our first time and my daughter has bought me the package for my birthday. Lovely to be offered a coffee while we filled forms in. The massage, facial package was amazing. Both the girls were so good and adapted to suit myself, disabled, and my husband needing firmer pressure. Spa bath was great. Afternoon tea was amazing. All the staff were helpful, friendly and keen to make sure everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back, after I’ve recovered from my operation on Monday. Thank you

   We enjoyed a very special day & I can't thank the staff enough. It was a shaky start as I believe there was an error to our booking, but as soon as that was smoothed out, I couldn't thank the staff enough for a perfect celebratory day. We enjoyed the hot tub, wonderful massages, prosecco & a lovely afternoon tea in the social space. A day of fun & relaxation, as a special thank you to my bridal party. Thankyou Wendy x
