   Yet again. Charged twice due to computer freezing, was assured the first transaction hadn’t gone through by Mary the manager. She told me I didn’t understand the nature of contactless payments(and yes it was patronising).In good faith I paid again and was told if both transactions went through I’d be refunded. A few days later when both payments had indeed been paid I was told I couldn’t be refunded as the fuel payments go to Maxol and this is separate to the spar. My advice- if your phone dings and the payment is pending refuse to pay again until they prove that the payment hasn’t been made. Appalling customer service and attitude.

   Charged twice for a transaction due to a "technical glitch" on their part. Was told by the manager if I was charged twice to contact the store and he would offer a refund. However after spending almost a day of my own time with phone calls (including being on hold for 45 minutes), emails and even a visit to this branch showing proof of the error on my banking app, it is still unresolved. I now have to get a disclaimer form from my bank and continue the chase to get my money back. *Unsatisfactory customer service* *Unsatisfactory refund process* ******AVOID*****

   Such a bad experience this morning in this store. An elderly man came up to me and asked if I could help him get a bottle of tomato pasta sauce down from the top shelf, his voice was gravely and deep and reminded me so much of my primary school headmaster, this basically made me a have a full on mental break down and I had to leave. Thanks.

   Older lady behind the counter seems full of her own self importance, no manners constantly looked out the window while serving seemed to be upset because she had to stop what she was doing to serve me very poor customer care .
