Went to zen for a pedicure earlier today with Kam, she did an amazing job on my feet and made me feel relaxed, the atmosphere in the shop is great and I would seriously recommend if you want a pedicure then Zen is the place to come.
Had an LVL by Jade today again and love it. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so personable, friendly and reassuring. She really cares about her clients and staff and cannot recommend her or the salon enough. She has quite literally created a Zen and lovely place to go and be pampered in Arnold. Highly recommend!

I've been getting my nails done since about September with Chloe. She's been so welcoming and does a great job every single time. I'm now a regular and really recommend coming here. A really nice environment and friendly team.
I can’t explain how amazing this salon is the staff are so adorable kind and made me feel very at ease and very comfortable.I feel that this salon needs more then a 5 Star rating I had jade for my lashes she was so fantastic very talented my lashes look amazing and she provided first class cc. mish for my massage which was amazing i felt really relaxed.Thanks guys I will be returning really soon. A gift from a friend and my first ever massage. I was made to feel really welcome the minute I walked in with friendly hellos from everyone. Liv was brilliant! Made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the massage. Liv has clearly worked hard and has a lot of knowledge and a true passion for peoples wellbeing. I will definitely be back again. I feel both physically and mentally brilliant. Beautiful! 10/10 would recommend.
I had an hour full body aromatherapy massage with Liv. I had swedish massage as well about a month ago and wanted to try something new. Liv is very passionate about what she does and ensuring that you're made to feel comfortable. Both of my experiences were amazing but yet different. Swedish massage targeted areas that I needed working on. Aromatherapy was more relaxing but yet I feel like "new". I was able to completly switch off and not worry. This helped with my anxiety so much. I certainty felt better after the treatments, and totally Zen. I would certainly recommend Liv's treatment to anyone. You can expect total professionalism and confidentiality. Very happy with my treatment and I'm looking to have more.
Jade is wonderful! So kind and talkative, getting your lashes done can be quite a taunting experience, having somebody so close to you but Jade makes you feel right at home. Zen is such a calming place with the most friendly staff. Would totally recommend.
I am absolutely in love with this place and the treatments I have had today. It was my first visit today for hybrid lashes and eyebrow tint and wax. A beautiful atmosphere, so relaxing and I look a million dollars. Jade is just so lovely, kind and caring. I can not recommended this place enough. Such a wonderful addition to the Arnold high Street. I will be returning soon for more treatments soon! x
