Honestly , the most useless people in the car part business i've ever seen. Went three days in a row to get the parts ordered that was supposed to be next day delivery to store; just to be told they were returned and you have to orser it again and wait another day.

Bought a replacement locking filler fuel cap for my T4 Campervan. Cost £12. VW dealers were happy to get one in next day for £78. Hmmm?
If you are in a hurry don't bother going here! We waited 10 minutes then a girl came and asked what we wanted. She wrote details down and said the guy would be out as soon as he'd finished his phone call. Well after another 10 mins we left. I could hear laughter so he could have cut the call short. Very rude and poor service. I work in customer services and wouldn't dream of behaving like this
Seemed perfectly friendly,disposed if my old car battery for me..presumably the correct environmentally friendly way. Beware however should you drive a customised lowered vehicle or have a front lip as even though I was fully aware of the ramp as I saw it on arrival..I went snails pace but still scraped the front.
