   Disgusted with the staff’s behaviour. I rang the shop 14 minutes before closing and explained that I urgently needed a part for my van, as it had broken down. I was told they were closing soon and to hurry up. I arrived only 2 minutes after closing (at 17:32), and they were already locking the doors. While I understand they are not required to stay open past closing time, the attitude was unacceptable. The staff member locking the doors laughed at the situation, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the head office reads this and understands what kind of “extra mile” the staff are actually providing to customers. GSF Car Parts is generally a good store, but this time I chose to buy from Euro Car Parts, where I felt much more welcome.

   Absolutely terrible service, waited ages at the front desk due to only 1 person being in the office and they way I heard them speak to other people in the building and on the phone was awful!

   Called today for some advice before placing a £500 order for parts. Phone was answered quickly by a friendly sounding member of staff who asked me to "wait a second" 5.5 minutes later I gave up waiting and went to Europarts.

   One star because I couldn’t give any less. I wen to return a product that the manager has mis sold me whilst I was waiting to return the item the duty manager or whoever was in charge today (27th July) average height, larger gentleman who is follicle challenged was incredibly rude and disrespectful to the couple in front of me and so much so they left the shop because of HIS behaviour and HIS attitude. Had an heated discussion over the part being told it was the correct part for my vehicle until I pointed it was double sided ribbed and single sided ribbed which is what I required. Told me that because I don’t have my receipt he was unwilling to do anything until I asked him to can the QR code on the packaging or the barcode on the packaging which will coincide with the amount I paid. Eventually went off and gave me the correct part although begrudgingly but no refund as apparently they’re the same price but aren’t. So go here if you want to be ripped off or go to GSF Plymouth as they seem more capable. And I will tell people by word of mouth not to visit here for parts.
