    Always a queue as they service is unbelievably slow. Only ever 1 person on the counter. I avoid ECP unless all the other factors dont have it in and its urgent. Awful Awful service

    Claire & crew are always helpful & happy to help. Any issues with parts are sorted within minutes, not that I have had many issues with parts. Those that I have had have been out of their control but they still act swiftly to sort out any issues. Good on price not the cheapest BUT the quality in parts for a couple of extra £ is a no brainer! My mascot Button always loves to come see the team to!

    Call center customer service is shocking refused to help do a price match promise, website states you can call them to do it they refused to help on the phone and say send an email and wait up to 48hours for a response. Very unhelpful been buying from them for years. Disappointed
