   I've only been to 1st class nails and beauty twice and both times I have been over the moon with the results! My nails have been the perfect colour and shape. The wonderful ladies that work there are so lovely and its been nice to chat to them and find out more about nails as im a newbie. I've recommended for my mum to try them and shes looking forward to her 1st visit.

   I went to 1st class nails today and had a great experience, I was greeted kindly and offered a drink my nails were done perfectly by a woman called Ellen. If I remember correctly that was her name. Would 100% go again as this place seems to be the only nail place I walk out happy with beautiful nails. Cheap prices and lovely atmosphere plus very easy to book or can just walk in on front street Arnold. Thank you x

   This was my first time booking a gel polish and manicure appointment with Julie and her team and I am sure it will not be the last! I had a lovely experience from start to finish. Booking an appointment on the website is so easy and they offer so many slots to choose from (also, they estimate the time every appointment will take so you can organize even better if you have a busy life). I was offered tea, coffee or water, which adds up to the lovely environment of the shop. Julie helped me choose a colour that would suit me and gave me lots of suggestions on how to care for my hands. Lovely hand massage at the end, I felt very pampered! Recommended!

   I went to 1st class nails today for the 1st time - close to close of play - I was served by Joanna “Jo” she did infills for me & I am so impressed - they look like a brand new set of acrylics - the design is immaculate - clearly well skilled and cares about the end result, colours were chosen carefully, I did not feel rushed, meaning I had time to really get what I want. The price for infills with gel and painted on teal pointed tips was £37 which is pricey from what I’m used to - but for 1st class service you get what you pay for - I will be going back so Joanna can do my nails again.    Yesterday I had a very bad experience in this nail saloon. Unfortunately I did my nails from the fourth time. They should treat the regular customer in good way. Instead the guy who has done my nails was not done it properly and edges are very shaped he didn't do the proper filling. I am really disappointed.

   Have been going to 1st class sherwood for over 2 years now and I won’t be returning. When I entered the nail shop I was completely ignored by the only nail tech, waited for someone to come out who gave me an infill, £34 for infills, wonky French tip also, there are many different ways you can achieve a French tip these days and the underneath of my nails wasn’t cleaned like they usually do with the nail drill. Honestly, £34 for this service is mad, I didn’t realise that other nail techs only charge £30 max for infills.

   I would not reccomend this salon. Whilst having my nails filed the technitian filed down so short that she broke the skin on two of my fingers. I also had bleeding on my small pinky finger from her cutting my cutical too low. I flinched when she was filing my nails, you'd have thought this would have shown my discomfort but instead of saying sorry and recoginising that I was in pain she told me not to move. The finger was painful and itchy for the next 2 days. £35 for this service is completely outrageous.

   I had a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was honestly an amazing experience, they have massaging chairs and they really take their time with you. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and more importantly great results! I had awful acrylics on when I went in and they completely restored my hands.
