What an amazing experience. Our car was hit in a hit and run incident. We were very lucky to have CCTV of it. The issue we faced was the reg was from southern Ireland and made it very difficult for us. I contacted Impact NI and from the moment of that first contact they looked after us from start to finish. Car is now fixed and looking great. They have done a fantastic job. Absolutely amazing service and hard work put in to finding the other driver and to get out car fixed. First class service from lifting my car and leaving me a replacement so I could still work to getting it back and the car was cleaned and left spotless .definitely give them a try is you have an accident that was not your fault
I was involved in a non fault RTA in 2021. The first telephone call I made to ImpactNI was the best I could have made, they were a pleasure to deal with taking the stress out of the whole situation. A representative from the company was at my door in a matter of hours and assessed the damage. A new car was at my door the very next day, getting me back on the road and back to work. I cannot recommend ImpactNI highly enough. My car was ultimately written off and ImpactNI negotiated a very good settlement on my behalf and dealt with all correspondences with my insurance company. I would not pass this company if I was ever to be involved in a road traffic accident in the future. 10/10

Having had an accident that wasn't my fault I authorised Impact NI to deal with insurers and sort out claims etc. They did an excellent job and made what would otherwise have been an extremely stressful situation much less stressful. They arranged for a loan car to be delivered to me and took away my own car for assessment. Their communication and advice throughout was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar position
