Brilliant service today by Lisa. We originally went in a couple of months ago but decided to hold fire on booking, went back in today and Lisa remembered exactly what we needed and managed to get us an excellent deal on our 2026 holiday. The store can price match online bookings but with the added benefit of having someone to do the leg work for you, so would highly recommend booking in store
Popped in with my wife to book a holiday, we had already identified the hotel so it wasn't going to take long. We had arranged an appointment and Chantelle ensured the booking went smoothly. Chantelle was professional, polite, friendly and efficient - everything I have come to expect from TUI staff. In less than half an hour she had arranged our holiday. Top job!
My wife and I have been back to Tui in Wolverhampton several times over the last few years to book holidays, and have always been impressed with the service we've received, in particular when dealing Charlotte. Every time we've sat down with her we are reassured by her expertise and how immensely helpful she is. She listens to what we want and is able to cater the correct package for us and our tastes. I recommend her in particular to book your holidays with, whether it's a short break or your dream holiday, she is easy to get on with and makes the time to make you feel a valued customer. Of course we'll be using her again.
Where to start from the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome drinks offered. This wasn’t just any normal visit to plan a holiday it was to book our wedding. From start to finish Teigan assisted me after spending three hours trying to find the perfect setting to fit all our guest and our requirements it finally got booked she has patience of a saint and went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough!

I absolutely loved my experience today we had Lisa such a beautiful and lovely soul. I only ever book with her she makes me feel so comfortable. I am disabled and made me feel so good and complimented my every need I can’t fault her in any way or even the overal experience I get at TUI. I was hesitate to book a holiday due to my wheelchair but today has literally been the best day for me, she made me feel like I can do anything. I love going in store and booking it’s so much better for me the communication is great. I wish nothing but the best for Lisa I will continue to have her regularly every time I think of booking a holiday xxx
We booked a holiday today with Charlotte, and was happy in the knowing we was in safe hands yet again with tui. Charlotte was a delight, friendly and helpful in our booking for next June, as all the staff at the Bilston Rd always are we wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest to name just a few there is Lisa, Sophie, Louise x2, and of course Charlotte and others I'm sorry can't remember names right now but to all the staff thank you again.
