   We did the 10 night eygpt small group tour in April 2025, we booked it with the sedgley branch, everyone in there was really helpful and it was easy to book, when I had any questions or concerns they came back to, most of the time within an hour... we flew out on the Saturday and was met straight off the plane by a brilliant guide who got us through the airport in record time, he worked so hard, (each time we went to the airport we was greated by him and he helped us through the airport) he checked us in to the baron hotel, which was a really nice hotel.with fabulous views of Ciaro... the next morning we met with our guide Ahmed who was with us the whole time we was in Cairo.. He was so knowledgeable, the visit to the pyramids was brilliant and our lunch that day over looked the pyramids, It was perfect... we visited the museum, old street in Ciaro which was excellent and worth seeing.. on the Monday we flew down to Luxor where we met with our other guide Ahmed, and we boarded the boat, the staff on the boat was all absolutely excellent so friendly and helpful, Ahmed was so knowledgeable and knew what was the best things to show us... it was full on but so relaxing at the same time... Everywhere we went the people was just so friendly, caring and nothing was too much trouble... the food was so good and tasty and everywhere we went they wanted to make sure we was well fed.. never been offered so much food and drink... After a week on the boat we travelled back to Ciaro, where we had a couple of more days sightseeing before travelling back home I have never been so well looked after on holiday before, our experience of the whole trip was remarkable and perfect.. would highly recommend and will be doing it again...

   Fantastic service. Very swift to reply and very, very helpful. We were trying to make a booking for a group of 10 and had found other larger agencies to be particularly slow and unhelpful, even rude. Fortunately Coop Sedgley were the complete opposite. We won't go anywhere else in the future when we are booking the annual business trip. ( Damp Proofing Solutions). Thanks team, for everything. Looking forward to booking with you again next year.

   Always book through this shop. All staff are professional, helpful and friendly and will do their upmost to give you a great deal. Discussions hadand time spent to determine best location to suit our family of 5. A special mention to Nikki, Alicia and Jess who have all assisted me (even when a fire alarm that had been set off accidentally ballowed through the shop !. They are happy to ask questions (even after purchase) and continue to offer amazing customer support. Thank you.
