   Booked a 10day family holiday with Amy. She was absolutely fantastic. We had no idea where to go for our first holiday with our little girl. She gave us great recommendations and really understood our needs. She made the process so smooth from start to finish and took all the stress and hassle out of it. She reassured us about all the the things we thought we might need to take like travel cots etc. She really just understood the complexities of travelling with small children and had great advice.    Booked our holiday to Mexico today with Tom! Tom was outstanding. Listened to every detail and gave us exactly what we asked for at a fantastic price! Tom even explained local taxes and things that we would need to know when we arrive in Mexico to make sure there are no surprises when we get there. Thank you Tom!!    Visited Tui Walsall today to book a family holiday! We were met by Vicki and another colleague at the front desk, they were both very welcoming and made us feel comfortable! Alice was introduced to us as our advisor and I can honestly say she was brilliant! She was very patient throughout and catered to our needs and wants, alongside this her advice and knowledge of the hotels/areas etc was extremely good. I would highly recommend this shop if you are planing a holiday! Staff are lovely!!

   I always use TUI for my holidays, and I'm never disappointed. This is my first time booking through the Walsall branch and I really want to thank Manager Vicki and team member Elizabeth who sorted my holiday for me. Elizabeth was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price and date. Just downloaded the app like she told me and its great so easy to keep track of my holiday and make payments etc. Thank you again ladies, so nice to have a holiday to look forward too.
