Phoned up for currency exchange. Told the euro was 1.12 but next door it was 1.135. I've been ripped off by hays before. Terrible company.
Can't praise the staff enough they where so helpfull and could not do enough to help with our holiday highly recommend them
What can I say about Hays Travel Wolverhampton.We were well looked after by the staff,and our holiday to Torquay was truly Wonderful,we will most definitely be using Hays Travel again for our future holiday destination.

Excellent service...I left an email..stating I saw a 2 week holiday to egypt advertised on their window. I received an email...and a representative called John..rang me with all the details. Very friendly and prompt service..holiday booked.. Excellent
Brilliant service ,staff are all friendly especially Caroline in the Wolverhampton branch. Very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend them.

So after being dumped in the Airport because apparently ‘I’ didn’t ask for our once in a lifetime trip to Iceland to include transfers to and from our hotel and lodging a complaint Thomas Cook have brushed it off. Disgusting outcome to a frightening experience. Stranded. I would avoid this company unless you are a travel agent and apparently know what to ask for. I will never use this company again. And I encourage no one else does.
