   Unfortunately this has a character limit so I can not put my whole experience here. Long story short, I went in with long dark all one length hair, left with a very bad colour and an even worse layered cut, was very upset when I got home, contacted the hairdresser she said she could fix it, I decided I lost confidence, she wasn't happy, contacted the salon, the owner agreed the colour and cut were not good, tried to fix it, was left with even shorter hair and colour can not be fixed, will have to dye it all dark again to lighten it from scratch. I paid £125, was not offered a refund, won't be going back.

   Love my hair cut alex takes her time abd gives you the 1-1 experience and makes you feel comfy. Got a good deal on Groupon but def will go back. Thanks again. Parking is fine too because parking on side streets can get busy though.
