If you want the best this is where you need to go. John and his team go above and beyond and will never see you stuck. They go that extra mile to help and accommodate customers. I can't thank you enough for all the work you have done. If I need any work done to my car i look no further than Murray Motors. There work is perfect and they never take advantage when charging. Good honest people I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.
Wasted my time. Poor time management from the guys. Booked in a week advance to have my Mercedes MOT'd and serviced. Booked time off work, came in 9.15am, left my car with them, and I was told to come back at 2pm. Came back at 2pm and they hadn't even touched my car. They gave me some poor excuse that the parts weren't available - the part: a filter. You'd think any decent garage doing straightforward and common work would have filters in stock or know how to procure simple parts within a short space of time. To be honest, that was just a excuse for Murray Motors poor time and workload management skills.
My Dad gets his Mercedes Benz C Class maintained here and the service provided is first class. The owner John is highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Mercedes brand. Very fair pricing and the same quality of work you would expect from a dealership without an eye-watering bill! Very highly recommended. Great people working at Murray Motors.
