Had a few bulbs out and came in off the street. They were able to help with only a short wait. When I had to follow up the following day with a few warning lights they were again able to help and didn't even charge the second time. Great service and very well priced, don't bother going anywhere else
Richard in Lisburn Car Electrics is the best, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Sorted out my back light for me within 4 days which was giving me bother for about 6 months. He also kindly surprised me with how cheap it was to fix, shows his honesty and that he just wants to help everyone in the community! Will 100% be back If I have any other issue. Thanks guys!
This is my story with this crowd brought a car in with a power steering issue had it at another mechanic which told me it was power steering pump so got a second hand one and that didn't fix the issue so told me to bring it to an electrician so came here they had the car in for diagnostics so told me its a power steering pump even though I told them I already replaced it for a second hand one so bought a brand new one they fitted it and that didn't solve the problem only to be told that its probably the steering rack so I was out of pocket because they diagnosed it wrong and on top of that had the cheek to ask me to pay for labour for a part they changed that wasn't the issue so I guess all their good for is bulb changes wouldn't go back just because they 1 diagnosed it wrong 2 took much longer than expected 3 didn't really try to contact me and I had to go to them to find out what's going on 3 times so poor customer service 4 made me loose money by buying a part that wasn't needed 5 had the cheek to ask for money for doing the wrong job

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Car ready to go in less than half a day. As a woman, it can often be a negative experience going to this sort of place but I’m so happy with all aspects of the service and the price was fair.
