    Hi I'm a cleaner for this company I clean lockmedow in maidstone all so I'm a professional cleaner so all I got to say is this If you are a really bad cleaner and don't care and have no pride in your work then this is the company for you You will about get away with any thing Because this company has no clue about cleaning or coulure codeing but if your a professional like me and have pride in your work then stay far far away from it Take it from me don't ever get a job here O by the way I'm quiting tomorrow I give this por exscus of a company 0 out of 0

    So I went for a job there, interview process not very robust however we discussed me giving my notice in and a start date so I assumed all was good. I was part time n could offer a few days a week to train and learn the job before I started. First week was great, other staff were friendly and really nice, can't fault them. Week 2 line manager was off for 2 days and I was left. Had managed to do a few things but was not confident enough to start wading in baring in mind I had no experience in the security sector. I know I didn't complete some tasks but I was confident it would work out OK, unfortunately not. Interviewer called me up and said I "couldn't cut it!" And that they didn't need me. Tbh I didn't argue, I had decided I didn't want it. Especially after only 3 days of training it was unrealistic they expected me to know 40 sites, scores of managers and the way they did business. The worst part is I'm angry that they did not make it clear it was a trial, if I had known that I never would have told my current boss I was leaving. I'm thankful they accepted me back! I'm not saying they are bad to work for because I don't think they are, I just think you should make them explain more what they are looking for then we could have saved each other time n stress! Would hate to see anyone out of work because they were poor communicators.

    Not a bad company in all fairness. The pay rise in the contract was never honoured to my knowledge (I left before it kicked in) But yeah always helped me out and understood any issues or needs that occurred so yeah. Just a shame they didn't pay a little more to stay in competition with other companies elsewhere. But that's business at the end of the day, under cutting competition to keep contracts blah blah blah :)

    I would advice anyone to avoid working or recruiting Red Support Security Services as they are unprofessional management with no experience in working corporate sites. they have taken their first step in managing one of the site where I was working prior to them taken over the contract, it took them 18 months to provide us with names badges, since they arrived everything wont wrong but they very good at hiding issues from the clients and blaming the staff for their wrong doing. they are managed by a gang of managements who are uneducated with no clue in working in security, they lie to protect each either. AVOID AT ALL COST.

    I started work in 2017 as a security officer, I worked my way up to management level. I can honestly say I had the best experience and learnt a lot. A great company to work for. I use to go work with a smile and come back home with that same smile. Everyone so good especially two managers. Thanks RED.

    Wish i could leave no stars its that bad Me and 2 others rented a house which these guys were "meant" to deal with all the maintenance on. When we moved in an electrical safety test was conducted to which the property failed and for months we where told an electrician would be coming out (we moved in in july, electrician finally came in january) in the meantime more issues arrose which where just left like leaking windows in the attic, etc... After a while we had more and more issues with the property which because we were students they seemed to think we could be treated like dirt, Mark rann and Viki Rann where the worst for this. One account of this was when viki was arguing with one of my housemates regarding a broken drain pipe which she insisted had been fixed, which it hadn't, and her general attitude towards us seemed to constantly be that we were a hassle to her. Mark was just downright rude from the first day we met him, first time we met him he walked in without knocking (something that is very wrong to do) and started accusing us of asking the electrician to do more work then he was told to, which when we told him we had been asking for months to get a couple sockets changed as there were faulty ones (one of mine had water dripping out of it) in the house he went into the whole your wrong im right attitude and wouldn't even let us show him the texts. On other accounts he just walked out on us mid conversation because he would try to pass the blame onto us when he knew he was in the wrong and we were not letting him get away with it. I could keep going on about how bad and unprofessional this company are but my general advice for anyone is to avoid at all costs and if management sees this i would personally be looking at Mark and Viki's future with the business as it doesn't look good on you.

    Still receiving constant cold calls from this company despite repeatedly telling them to stop. If they can't follow a simple instruction like that then goodness knows that they are like to work with.

    If you could give then 0 stars I would their cold calling staff are rude any beyond offensive if you do not put them through to who they want to talk to they will not take no for an answer, despite you having no interest in their services !!!!!
